The Houston Zoo

Our first day was back in the car again with a trip to the Houston Zoo, while mom took Grandma Lotus to the doctor. Both Reegan and Lili enjoyed that day! Lili still talks of her many adventures. We got to see the sea lion show, ride a hippo (her favorite animal) on the carousal, take a ride on a train through the park, touch a baby snake and alligator, and brush the goat’s hair! Although Grandpa truly enjoyed himself he was reminded of all the walking we did that day when his recently operated knee told him to sit!
